What we do
A growing business reaches a point where the owner is the bottleneck: answering the phone, chasing invoices, running the calendar. The help exists, and much of it lives a few time zones south, speaks English, and has worked for US companies for years. Finding the right person, and knowing they are who they say they are, is the hard part. That is our work.
For every client we run a search for one role. A dedicated hiring manager builds the job description with you. Our recruiters search, test and interview. You meet 4–6 finalists and choose.
A recruiting firm, not a staffing agency
A staffing agency employs the person and bills you a markup on every hour they work, for as long as they work. We don't. You hire your professional directly and pay them directly. Our fee is a one-time placement fee, paid only when you choose your hire.
It changes whose side everyone is on. Your professional earns their full rate. You are not paying a margin every month. And we only succeed when the hire lasts, which is why every placement carries a 12-month replacement guarantee.
